Delivery and Returns
Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within seven working days of acceptance of the order but in any event, within 30 days after payment has been made.
Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The Seller is under a legal obligation to supply Goods in conformity with the Contract.

Can I return my eyewear case for an exchange or refund?
Yes, you can. Providing you are sending it from the UK, or the rest of the EU and it is within 14 days of receipt of your eyewear case, simply use our returns form to request a return and receive your personal address label. You will need your order number, which is on your order confirmation email or order paperwork. Please see our returns conditions below.
We're sorry but we don't accept returns from countries outside of the UK and the rest of the EU due to the high costs of postage and customs charges.
What is BUTTI's returns process?
Follow these simple steps to return your eyewear case.
1. Request your return using our returns form and we will review and authorise your reqest.
2. We'll email you a personalised address label and return instructions.
3. Return your eyewear case in the origianl packaging using the address label provided.
4. We should refund your original order payment or process your exchange request within 7 days of receipt.

What are the return conditions?
We only accept returns from the UK, or the rest of the EU, due to the high costs of postage and customs charges from other countries.
You can return your eyewear case up to 14 days after receipt by submitting a returns form and using the personalised returns label provided.
In order to accept your return, please ensure that your eyewear case is undamaged and returned in its original cloth bag and packaging tube. You will need to include either the despatch note, order confirmation or copy of the invoice with your return so that we know it is your return.
Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused.
You are responsible for the cost of the return postage and any items returned are your responsibility until they reach us in the UK, we therefore suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.
Refunds should take no-longer than 7 days following receipt and refunds will be made to the original payment only. We will refund or exchange your eyewear case as requested but not refund the shipping cost.
If you reject delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded not the shipping cost.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
